Included with new website builds: a private preview, mobile and inquiry-flow checks, an agreed ownership handoff, and 30 days of corrections for defects in the agreed work.
A starting price, not a surprise bill. Your fixed quote confirms deliverables, timing, revisions, and payment milestones before work begins. Extra pages, migrations, original copywriting, and custom functionality are quoted separately.
Domain, hosting, email, and paid third-party services are separate costs disclosed in your proposal. Ongoing help is optional. No payment is collected when you inquire.
Already launched? We can stay useful.
Content updates and improvements are available in defined, quoted batches. No unlimited-edit promise hiding a very limited human.
Calculators, guided forms, and spreadsheet-based tools are scoped individually. Stores, bookings, and integrations need a feasibility review and a separate quote.

BEFORE YOU ASK
Clear from the start.
Do I need a membership?+
A website. Not another relationship you can’t get out of.
No membership required. Start with a defined project or a batch of improvements. Ongoing help is optional. Hosting, domains, and third-party tools can still have recurring charges, which are listed separately in your proposal.
How much will my project cost?+
Focused improvements start at $350, one-page sites at $1,250, and business websites at $2,500 USD. These are starting prices, not automatic quotes. We review your needs and confirm a fixed price in writing. Domain, hosting, and paid third-party services are listed separately.
Can you work with my existing website?+
We start by reviewing the platform, account access, and the changes you need. Some sites need a focused improvement; others need a rebuild. Platform compatibility is confirmed before a proposal.
Can I edit the site myself?+
Yes, when editing is part of the agreed build. We choose an appropriate content system and provide written instructions. A simple custom-coded site may be a better fit when content rarely changes.
What about stores, bookings, and AI?+
We can scope these into a project using established services. Payments, booking accounts, email delivery, and AI providers need their own configuration and may carry fees. We confirm feasibility and ongoing responsibility before committing.
Do you guarantee leads or search rankings?+
No. We can improve design, clarity, technical foundations, and the path to an inquiry. Traffic and sales also depend on your offer, market, content, and marketing. Any measurement or marketing work gets its own defined scope.
What do you need from me to start?+
Your business name, the job you want the website to do, and any existing website are enough for the first conversation. Helpful extras include your logo, service details, photos you have permission to use, and a few examples you like.
Unsure about the platform or hosting? Say so. We’ll identify the access needed after reviewing the project. Please don’t send passwords through the inquiry form.
How long does a project take?+
A focused fix and a complete website need different schedules. We confirm a start date, review milestones, and a target launch after checking scope and availability. Content, feedback, and third-party integrations can affect timing.
How do revisions and payment work?+
Website builds include two consolidated revision rounds. A deposit reserves the project, with the balance due after approval and before public launch. Your written proposal sets the amounts, deliverables, and third-party costs; improvement batches have their own agreed revision allowance. If you request work beyond that scope, we agree the cost and timing before proceeding. Sending an inquiry does not commit you to a project or charge.
What do I receive at handoff?+
The agreed site files or platform access, written editing notes, and a list of services the site depends on. Ownership and any third-party license restrictions are specified in the proposal. New website builds include a 30-day correction period after launch for defects in the agreed work. New features and content changes are quoted separately. Future help is optional.
